So you came to Amazon to find some Avatar: The Last Airbender toys, didn't you?
Well keep on searching. This toy is a rushed and sloppy attempt to make money off the upcoming Airbender movie. Let's cover where this toy fails (even if we allow artistic license):

1) No arrow on his head. Not a small one, or a different coloured one, there's simply no arrow. Sky Bison have a large,broad arrow on their heads pointing down towards their nose.

2) This toy has a...human? face. It's a face of something, perhaps from some other successful line of happy-fun-creepy toys this company makes. Is this Morgan Freeman's face? A sad coal worker? I don't have a clue what "inspired" this to be Appa's face.

3) It's spelled "Appa". Wait, is it "Aapa"? No, it's "Appa". A-p-p-a. Could be a typo, but that just reinforces my "rushed and sloppy attempt to make money" statement.

4) Go ahead and google Appa. Or try [...].

If you've never seen the series, and are here to buy a friend or relative something related to the Avatar: The Last Airbender show, do NOT purchase this..."toy".

I got this toy for my girl, who is a HUGE avatar the last airbender fan. As soon as she got this toy she was disapointed with it. Its hard to fit Aang into the seat, its small in general, and the face looks terrible. She really wishes that there was a better action figure of Appa. I wouldnt suggest this to anyone because who ever would get it would be disapointed...

The Appa from the series was a lovable, cute creature with an irresistible personality...

This thing is... a monstrosity. A twisted, dumbed down, soulless freak with a humanized face.

Avoid this toy, and the film it is based on, at all costs.

Before buying this, you should know that it's based on Appa from the movie, not the Nicktoons series. It is actually a good representation of Appa in the movie, but movie Appa looks nothing like cartoon Appa. Unless you prefer the movie to the series, I would not recommend this toy.

It was the only toy available that I could get in time for Christmas that looked more or less like Nickelodeon's Avatar Appa. (We didn't care for the movie) I'm impressed that the plastic is more durable than most plastic toys these days.
